At Curiovas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Curiovas account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
